Many people who have had successful real estate careers decide to move into a new or different career or retire. Usually when this happens, they place their real estate license with the state and become "inactive."

We offer these individuals the opportunity for their license to be active with Broker Realty Service as a "Referral Associate" and receive referral commissions splits on their referred sales transactions.

Licensees with Broker Realty Service do not represent buyers and sellers in a real estate transaction. They refer their leads to sales agents with full service real estate companies in Ohio and across the United States through Broker Realty Service. 

Referral Associates do not list or sell, engage in other related activities such as assisting in or holding open houses, participating in negotiations, or otherwise portraying themselves to the general public as being actively involved in the real estate industry. Based on the terms of our Independent Contractor's Agreement with each licensee, information on potential leads is gathered by each Referral Associate and submitted by phone, fax, or email to Broker Realty Service for processing.
