MINIMAL WORK - Just get the basic information from your referral prospect, submit it to Broker Realty Service by phone, fax or email, and we'll do the rest.

INCOME - Earn referral fees by referring friends, family and acquaintances with their real estate needs to Broker Realty Service and you'll receive 75% of the referral commission received by Broker Realty Service.

BROKERS - Receive leads in your market area - no cost to you other than referral fees for a closed transaction - outplacement service. 

Referral fee to Broker Realty Service is a percentage of listing and/or buying side of closed transaction.
Broker Realty Service Referral Agent receives a percentage of referral fee.
